Step 1: Ahoy There! – To get started, click below to schedule a complimentary consultation call. On the call, we'll chat about the ocean or river cruise experience you’ve been dreaming of. We’ll talk about your travel style, destinations, pre- and post-cruise travel or land extension ideas, budget, and more, so we can match you to the right sailing and create a cruise journey that’s personalized to you.
Step 2: Let’s Dive In – After you complete your traveler information form, we’ll begin researching specific sailings and tailored options for your travel, working with our network of cruise and travel partners to craft a memorable, seamless journey. You’ll receive a customized itinerary to review, and then we’ll adjust or refine it until you just can’t wait to sail away.
Step 3: We Take the Helm – Sit back and relax while we take care of all the travel booking for you, from flights to transfers, hotel accommodations, stateroom selection, excursions, optional land extensions, and special requests. You’ll receive all your booking and itinerary information via an easy-to-navigate app for access on the go. A few weeks before you travel, you will also receive your personal Bluetail Travel Folio by mail.
Step 4: You Set Sail – Embark on the voyage of a lifetime! You and yours depart for your journey, and you can rest easy with the peace of mind that you have a travel professional on the ground for support. If any issue arises while you are traveling, you can reach out by email, text, or phone call.
