"We were provided every document we might need for travel. I felt safe the whole time. I never worried about anything. We were in a five star hotel at the base of the mountain. There were hot baths outside where they served you wine as you soaked or swam. You could roast marshmallows by fireside every night. There was also ice-skating, tubing, and an early bird ski pass included. We went dog sledding as a side excursion. It was the most interactive of the dogsled excursions. We got lots of time interacting with the dogs. The town was charming and had several cute restaurants, shops, and a convenience store. Overall it was an excellent experience. We will cherish the memories we made for the rest of our lives."

"I cannot recommend Christina highly enough. Last year Christina helped my then-girlfriend and I reserve a trip through Europe, with stops in London, Barcelona, and Venice. Christina did an outstanding job booking each step of the way--including the big things like flights and hotels, and the smaller details like transportation to and from the airport and even some tickets for touristy things we mentioned we wanted to do in each city. She set us up with a great itinerary that made everything extremely simple and painless. Even better than the proactive planning, though, was Christina's reactive ability to assist us when something went wrong on the trip. My girlfriend got sick while we were in Barcelona, and Christina was amazing in helping us over the phone from a continent away. She coordinated with our insurance company to figure out mundane details, and quickly assisted us with changing flights and cancelling unused portions of the trip when we had to return early. Her assistance completely took the burden off of us while we were in a tough spot, and ultimately saved us thousands of dollars because she (a) was able to move so quickly in seeking reimbursements, and (b) knew the proper way to approach the travel insurance company to seek a full repayment, even helping us re-file our claim after it was initially denied. The whole experience was outstanding, and I cannot imagine any travel agent offering better service. In fact, I am now engaged and my fiance and I are planning to work with Christina to book all the details for our honeymoon."
